Thank you for considering an admission to Tenbury High Ormiston Academy. If you are successful in your admission you will be joining an academy where ‘teaching is enlivening and enlightening, student behaviour and attitudes are exemplary, there is a highly positive climate for learning and pupils thrive in a secure, calm and welcoming environment.’ (OFSTED July 2017). Pupil and parent surveys are extremely positive and praise an inclusive and caring ethos where all pupils achieve highly. Our pupil outcomes are high and have been for a long time.
To prepare for admission to Tenbury High Ormiston Academy we hold open evenings and days for prospective students and parents in the autumn term. We run a series of ‘Meet the Principal’ events in the spring term and we always welcome parents to see us in action and tour the academy at their convenience. If parents wish to attend ‘Meet the Principal’ events or visit the school outside of these times please contact the office manager, Christine Sheppard.
Arrangements for applications for places at Tenbury High Ormiston Academy will be made in accordance with Worcestershire Local Authority’s co-ordinated admission arrangements and will be made on the Common Application Form provided and administered by Worcestershire Council.
