Arrangements for End of Term

Dear Parents and Carers

I hope you are all well.
I am writing to let you know that the school Autumn term finishes on Friday 22nd December and it has
been agreed that the school day will finish at 1.00pm on that day.

On this last day of the term, we will have the usual KS3 and KS4 end of term celebration assemblies as well as our termly pupil bingo event. It will be Mr Davies’ last bingo so I know it will be a good one with lots of prizes available for winners. Lesson three will finish at 12.15 pm when pupils will have their lunch break until approximately 12.55 pm. The dining room will be serving food as usual.

At 12.55 until 1.00pm, pupils will return to their form rooms to collect their phones and register with their tutor. Pupils will be allowed to leave school at 1.00 pm. We have made arrangements with the bus
companies for pupils who travel on buses to be collected at 1.00 pm on that day.
