Yr 10/11 Boys Rugby

9th September 2026

A mixed Year 10 and 11 squad took on Lacon and Ludlow in a pair of competitive fixtures, producing two impressive performances against well-organised opposition.

The boys played exceptionally well throughout both matches, showing great determination, resilience and commitment from start to finish. Defensively, their tackling was outstanding, with the team working hard for one another and refusing to give their opponents easy opportunities.

Both games were closely contested, with Tenbury matching two strong sides for long periods. The players demonstrated excellent teamwork, communication and work rate, competing strongly in every aspect of the game and playing with real pride in the Tenbury shirt.

Although the fixtures were challenging, there were many positives to take away. The squad’s attitude, effort and defensive determination were first class, providing a strong foundation to build on as the season progresses.
